When you submit an intake request, we collect the work email address, matter description, desired outcome, deadline, and context you provide. If you access the site through an authenticated service, we may also receive a user identifier and verified email address from that service.

For security and rate limiting, the service processes an IP address and browser user-agent to create a one-way technical identifier. The raw IP address and user-agent are not stored in the intake database. Hosting providers may separately process customary request logs.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card or bank details, medical data, or full identity documents through the intake form. Do not provide another person’s information unless you are permitted to do so.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to receive and structure your request, assess the appropriate service track and urgency, respond to you, protect the website against abuse, maintain service reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your request for services, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or a legal obligation.

4. Automated processing and human review

The intake service may automatically classify the topic and flag urgency using the text you provide. This supports routing only. It does not produce legal advice or make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. A human team member reviews every legal request.

5. Retention

Intake requests are scheduled for automatic deletion no later than 30 days after submission. Technical rate-limit identifiers are scheduled for deletion after no more than two days. Information may be retained longer only where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, meet a legal obligation, or continue a relationship you have asked us to establish.

6. Sharing and service providers

Access is limited to people who need the information to review or support the request. Information may also be processed by hosting, database, security, and other infrastructure providers acting for the website operator. It may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or the service.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate contractual or other recognized safeguards will be used.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, including access controls, limited retention, input validation, and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
